SideCar, which launched in Seattle in November, has fined-tuned the technology and believes it can now roll-out in multiple cities at the same time, Paul says.
In the initial phase of its roll-out, and in order to concentrate efforts, the Strategy is especially being adapted to a selection of countries including Iraq, Nepal, Pakistan and South Sudan, as well as Latin America.
However, HDTVs will become more prevalent, high-definition titles will continue to roll out in both formats, and the prices for high-definition disc technologies will fall to a point where they can compete with standard-definition DVD as a replacement device.
