Moon lives onthe fringes of gang life, collecting debts for triad member Big Brother Wing, but steering clear of the killing and crime he feels is reserved for dumber folk -- such as his sidekick Sylvester (Wenbers Li Tung-chuen), a retarded and impressionable gentle giant whom Moon protects from himself as much as from the schoolchildren who habitually pick on him.
