非法居留
非法居留，具体说就是入境时，移民局发给的小白卡，也就是I－94表上的时间超过了就叫非法居留，即使是多次往返的签证，超过了也算非法居留。非法居留后也不能到第三国签证。但是如果你在美国非法打工，然后I－94表过期，不算逾期居留。但如果被移民局发现你非法打工，从被逮住的那天算起，你就是非法居留。
