（1）静电感应（electrostatic induction）：由于雷云在建筑物的顶部感应了大量异性电荷，雷云放电后，顶部的电荷顿时失去束缚，对地呈现高电压。

静电感应
静电感应（英文：Electrostatic induction）是在外电场的作用下导体中电荷在导体中重新分布的现象。一个带电的物体与不带电的导体相互靠近时由于电荷间的相互作用，会使导体内部的电荷重新分布，异种电荷被吸引到带电体附近，而同种电荷被排斥到远离带电体的导体另一端。这个现象由英国科学家约翰·坎顿和瑞典科学家约翰·卡尔·维尔克分别在1753年和1762年发现。
