líng gǔ 零股即投资者手中握有的不足一手（100股）的零星股票。其原因大都为委托时未全部成交（如申买5000股，却因为股价涨升较快，仅成交4880股即已经升至委托价位之上，并且当天再也没有回到委托价位或以下，其中的80股即成为零股；再如卖出5000股股票时，挂单后股价仅一度达到委托价位而成交4880股，余下120 股中的20股即成为不足一手的零股；另外如某股票10送3股或配3股，而投资者原先的持股仅500股，所送配150股中的50股也就成了零股）。投资者如果不采取较好交易方法，不仅操作起来会觉得很麻烦，甚至可能会得不偿失不到一个成交单位(1手=100股)的股票，如1股、10股，称为零股．在卖出股票时,可以用零股进行委托；但买进股票时不能以零股进行委托，最小单位是1手，即100股。
