隧道炉
隧道炉（食品加工类）是通过热的传导、对流、辐射完成食品烘烤的隧道式机械设备。该烤炉炉体一般很长，最小6米，长至60~80米。烘烤室为一狭长的隧道，宽度一般为80cm到140cm。隧道内有一条连续运转的输送系统。食品烤制时，食品通过输送链板、钢带或网带与电热元件或直燃燃烧棒之间产生相对运动。从而完成均匀烘烤和输送的工作。这类烤炉可连续生产，生产效率高，节省人力，烘烤品质稳定。该隧道炉主要用于工业化生产的食品企业，以大批量连续或间歇烘烤为特征。通常额定功率输入>24KW，由专职人员操作。
