连阴雨是指连续几天以上的阴雨天气过程，一般连阴雨是连续≥6天阴雨且无日照，其中任意4天白天雨量≥0.1毫米；严重连阴雨是连续≥10天阴雨且无日照，其中任意7天白天雨量≥0.1毫米。连阴雨出现时，日照少，空气湿度大，而且春、秋季连阴雨往往伴随着低温，常常造成种子霉烂、发芽，病虫害的滋生蔓延，导致农业减产。
