第25条本法所定罚锾，经通知限期缴纳，届期仍不缴纳者，移送法院强制执行。
Article 25 Fines imposed in accordance with this law not paid within the designated time limit shall be transferred to the court for enforcement mandatory.

违反第十条第二项或第二十六条第二项规定者，其所属机构或负责人亦处以第一项之罚锾。
The institutions or persons in charge who violates Article 10 Paragraph 2 or Article 26 Paragraph 2 shall also be fined as prescribed in Paragraph 1.
