索马里兰 (索马里语： Soomaaliland) 位于非洲之角索马里的西北部，曾受英国统治。1991年5月，索马里北部属迪尔族的诸部落宣布独立，成立索马里兰共和国，目前占有原索马里十八个省中的五个。该国大致位于埃塞俄比亚、吉布提和亚丁湾之间，面积137,600平方公里，首都是哈尔格萨。
