毛干
毛发分为毛干和毛根两部分。毛干是露出皮肤之外的部分，即毛发的可见部分，由角化细胞构成。组织可分为表皮、皮质及毛髓三层。毛干由含黑色素的细长细胞所构成，胞质内含有黑色素颗粒，黑色素使毛呈现颜色。黑色素含量的多少与毛发的色泽有关。毛干是表皮向外生长的特殊部位，由角朊必保所构成，其主要成分为角蛋白，占毛干总重量的85%—~90%，此外，还含有微量元素、类脂质、色素及水（10%~13%）。由外到内可分为三层。
