坤沙（缅甸语：ခွန်ဆာ၊ ဦး，缅甸语委转写：Khun Sa；泰文：ขุนส่า；1933年2月17日-2007年10月26日），中文姓名张奇夫，著名毒枭，亦是缅甸军阀，前蒙泰军（MTA）总指挥，因海洛因而闻名世界，原名张启福或张祈福；张奇夫是他少年时寄学于早咩市张凤翔老师家时，张凤翔为他改的。1989年金三角毒品贸易达到最高峰时，坤沙控制了整个金三角地区毒品贸易的80％。美国曾悬赏200万美元捉拿这位曾经的世界第一毒枭。1996年1月5日，坤沙向缅甸政府军投降，随后前往仰光，开始了被软禁的晚年生涯，2007年10月26日，在仰光寓所病逝。
