“关西风”御好烧预先将原料和面糊混合，而“广岛风”御好烧则是将面糊摊成薄饼后再将卷心菜、肉、炒面和鸡蛋等原料层层叠加制成。
The former mixes the fillings with the batter, while the latter spreads the batter in a crepe-like fashion and then layers it with cabbage, meat, fried noodles, egg or other fillings.

广岛烧
广岛烧是日本广岛县人用面粉、高丽菜、面条、等材料，在煎锅上搅和成一盘杂菜煎，再淋上蛋汁、柴鱼、昆布、甜面酱的一道美食。作法简单又好吃，所以又较好吃烧，现在则是一种流行的菜肴，口味、材料也不断的翻新，在广岛市中心就有个好烧村，聚集著三十多家广岛烧专卖店。
