年度决算
年度决算亦称 “会计决算”或 “决算”，企业或单位在每一年度终了，运用会计核算资料，对该年度的生产经营成果和财务状况进行数字总结和文字说明的一项综合性工作。保险公司的年度决算，由于有其自身业务的特殊性，因而在核算方面，与其他行业有所不同，尤其在决算时，毋须像工业企业那样，对资产进行估算，但在负债方面，主要是各险的未了责任，则要用估算的办法来确定。即按规定分别提存各险未到期责任准备金以及更新改造基金等专项资金。
