姜汤
姜汤是民间普遍使用的驱寒、防治感冒的药汤。主要由生姜、大葱、油盐等配合熬成汤饮用。能有效地治疗吃寒凉食物过多而引起的腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等。熬姜汤一般要挑选表皮没有裂口，颜色鲜艳、柔软，外形饱满的新鲜姜，不要选起皱纹、发干发黑的。姜皮中有较多营养成分，熬汤时，应该少去皮或不去皮，避免养分的流失。
