汤匙（tablespoon，又译餐桌匙）是一种进食用的匙，其最常见的用途为喝西汤，因而得名。汤匙有烹调上也是一种容量量度单位。不同国家对汤匙的标准并不一样，但通常都约为15毫升。在美国，传统上1美制汤匙等如0.5美制液体盎司（14.8毫升），或者3美制茶匙。而美国联邦法例则规定1美制汤匙等如15毫升。另一方面，加拿大、新西兰及英国将1汤匙订为等如20毫升。但传统上的英制汤匙，1汤匙可等如0.5至0.625英制液体盎司（14.2至17.8毫升）不等。
