信用债券
财务管理名词。信用债券是指没有抵押品，完全靠公司良好的信誉而发行的债券。通常只有经济实力雄厚、信誉较高的企业才有能力发行这种债券。债券投资者借以依赖的是债券发行公司的资产性质、收益能力，以及信誉的好坏程度，因此只有那些信用等级高的企业才有可能发行信用债券。公司结业清算时，信用债券持有人的求偿权和普通债权人一样。不过信用债券企业中往往有限制发行人发行抵押债券的条款。为抵押资产越多，债券持有人受保护程度越大，风险越小。国债、金融债券、信用良好的公司发行的公司债券，大多为信用债券。
