人工膜
人工膜 (artificial membrane， artificial lipid membrane) 单用脂类由人工形成的膜。作为生物体膜的模型被广泛利用。在脂质，特别是在磷脂分子中有磷酸、碱基等极性的高亲水基因和约2毫微米左右的脂肪酸残基的疏水基团。因此一当放入水溶液中，亲水基团就朝向水而排列，疏水基团则尽量背离水而聚集，这样就自发地形成了膜。
