Here we introduce the strategy of choosing polymers and the technology of preparing micelles. Moreover, we bring up a new design strategy of polymeric micelles, named as binary-drug loaded micelles.

Microscopic morphology, diameter and drug-loaded amount of the micelles were examined by means of TEM, DLS and UV respectively, and their in vitro drug release rates were measured.
