电机的电枢中按一定规律绕制和连接起来的线圈组称为转子绕组。它是电机中实现机电能量转换的主要组成部件之一。组成电枢绕组的线圈有单匝的,也有多匝的,每匝还可以由若干并联导线绕成。线圈嵌入槽内的部分称有效部分，伸出槽外的部分称做连接端部，简称端部。
