In this paper, some questions which must be considered in using particle counter by the way of analysing the particle counters testing principle and errors are pointed out.

In this method the main part of the pulse width is measured by counter, and the odd of the pulse width is measured by time-voltage conversion method.

Using air cushion slide-way and general computer counter to measure the acceleration in uniform linear motion, the error of this experiment is -0.67 percent.
