许可贸易(licensing)是指技术许可方将其交易标的物的使用权，通过许可证协议或合同的方式转让给技术接受方的一种贸易方式。即专利权人、商标权人或专有技术所有人在一定条件下，将其专利技术、注册商标或专有技术的使用权、产品制造权、产品销售权或产品进口权许可他人使用。许可贸易是国际技术贸易中普遍采用的方式。它又可分为独占许可、全权许可、普通许可、从属许可和互换许可。
