花菇
花菇是菌中之星，是香菇子实体在特殊环境下产生的一种优等菇。花菇的顶面呈现淡黑色，菇纹开暴花，白色，菇底呈淡黄色。花菇因顶面有花纹而得名。天气越冷，花菇的产量越高，质量也越好，肉厚、细嫩、鲜美，食之有爽口感。花菇是现代来发展起来的一种食用菌新秀，它是香菇在生产过程中通过控制温度、湿度、光照和通风等自然条件，人为改变香菇的正常生长发育，使菌盖形成褐白相间的花纹，因而形成花菇。花菇在生产过程中不使用农药肥料和任何激素，不受任何污染，可达到有机食品标准。花菇以丰富的营养和防病、健身、延缓衰老等作用深受国内外群众的欢迎。
