致畸试验
致畸试验是指用动物检测某种环境污染物（即受试物）对人类是否会引起畸变的一种实验方法。一般要求实验动物对受试物的代谢方式和胎盘解剖学结构与人类相近，而且一胎多仔、妊娠期较短、便于饲养和费用较低。多用大鼠、小鼠或家兔，如有条件也可采用狗或猴。对各种动物进行致畸试验的基本方法相同。最常用的是大鼠试验法。
