自然人股东

被委托人应是自然人股东之一或法人股东的职工。
The principal shall be one of the shareholders of the natural person or the legal person shareholder.

第七十六条自然人股东死亡后，其合法继承人可以继承股东资格；但是，公司章程另有规定的除外。

自然人股东
自然人股东是相对法人股东而言的，是具有公民身份的个人投资者，在他进行公司的投资以后通过公司所在地的工商局注册，进行公司股权登记，就成为自然人股东。自然人是基于自然出生而依法在民事上享有权利和承担义务的个人。股东是股份制企业的出资人或叫投资人。
