纪传体
纪传体，东亚史书的一种形式，以为人物立传记（皇帝的传记称“纪”，皇族、外威、一般人物称“传”，列国诸侯称“世家”或“载记”，记载制度、风俗、经济等称“志”、“意”或“考”，以表格排列历史大事称“表”）的方式记叙史实。司马迁的《史记》是中国第一部纪传体史书（以前的史书多以编年体记述），中国的官方正史“二十四史”及其他史书，都依照《史记》纪传体体例编纂而成，“史官不能易其法，学者不能舍其书”。而日本的《大日本史》也是以纪传体写成的。
