等规度（tacticity）指的是有规异构体（tacticity polymer）占有全部高分子的百分数。有规异构体包括等同（全同）和间同（间规）有规异构体与无规异构体统称为旋光异构体，是高分子常见的异构类型，而等规度即是描述有规异构所占比例的物理量，它的大小可以用萃取法测得，这是由于无规异构体的溶解度较强，故此可以被萃取的缘故。
