沉降式离心机
沉降式离心机是一种实现离心沉降操作过程的离心机。操作时，悬浮液在离心力作用下沿鼓壁形成环状液层，其中密度较大的固体颗粒沿径向沉降到鼓壁上，形成沉渣，澄清的液体经转鼓溢流口排出。沉渣用人工或机械方法卸出。常用且属于间歇操作的有三足式沉降离心机和卧式刮刀卸料沉降离心机，用于处理固体颗粒尺寸>5um、固液相密度差>500kg/m³和浓度小于10%的悬浮液。
