梳毛机
梳毛机是毛纺生产中把散纤维制成条子的机械。主要作用是将杂乱的纤维梳松成为比较顺直的单根纤维,清除其中杂质,并使色泽或品质不同的纤维混合。用于粗梳毛纺的梳毛机一般以两联或三联式罗拉梳理机为主组成。原料由自动喂毛机喂入;各节罗拉梳理机之间有自动输送半制品的帘子,称“过桥机”;从末一节罗拉梳理机输出的毛网,被分割成狭条,并搓成粗纱,供细纱机纺纱用。用于精梳毛纺的梳毛机一般由两节罗拉梳理机不经过过桥机直接连接组成,输出的毛网被集合成毛条,供后道制造精梳毛条用。 [1]
