投保
投保人与保险人（通常是保险公司）订立保险合同，并按照保险合同支付保险费的过程。投保人也叫要保人，是与保险人订立保险合同并按照保险合同负有支付保险费义务的人。自然人与法人皆可成为投保人。成为投保人的条件为：具有相应的民事权利能力和行为能力；对保险标的具有保险利益。
