奥曲肽
奥曲肽（Octreotide）是人工合成的天然生长抑素的八肽衍生物，其药理作用与生长抑素相似，但作用持续时间更长。本品具有多种生理活性，如抑制生长激素、促甲状腺素；对胃酸、胰酶、胰高血糖素和胰岛素的分泌有抑制作用；能降低胃的运动和胆囊排空，抑制缩胆囊素-胰酶泌素的分泌，减少胰腺分泌，对胰腺实质细胞膜有直接保护作用；减少内脏血流量，降低门脉压力，减少肠道过度分泌，增加肠道对水和钠的吸收。
