大葱
大葱（学名：Allium.fistulosum L.var.gigantum Makino）为葱种下一变种，区别于分葱（小葱）变种与红葱（楼葱）变种。大葱植株地上部的外形很象洋葱。叶圆筒形而中空，它的叶鞘茎部包含成假茎，若行培土软化，便造成棍状的“葱白”。葱白是主要食用部分。
