6、简短陈述（Briefs）、口头审理（Oral Hearing）及异议裁定待异议双方提交证据结束后，异议人须提交一份简短陈述。被异议人可自愿选择是否提交简短陈述。

如果需要进行口头审理，我们会事先将日期、时间和地点通知你们。
If oral hearing is needed, we shall give you advance notice of the date, time and place.

九位法官可以拒绝审理一个案件，可以受理案件并进行口头辩论，还可以不经过听证粗略地对案件进行裁决。
The nine justices can refuse to consider a case, accept a case for oral argument, or decide the case summarily without a hearing.

证言包括双方当事人的口头证言，事件证人的口头证言，以及双方聘请的将被期待在审理中作证的专家证人的口头证言。
Depositions that are conducted include depositions of the parties, witnesses to events and expert witnesses retained by the parties in expectation that experts will testify at trial.
