The drawing experimental results show that the draw ability of cast-rolled strip under composite energy field was obviously better than the general one, and the earing ratio was only 1.7%.

The results show that the metal filling is relatively difficult in both ends of the contact finger and the symmetry ears, the stress reaches to the largest in bending deformation.
