军团菌
军团杆菌，系需氧革兰氏阴性杆菌，以嗜肺军团菌最易致病。现已提出了超过30种军团杆菌，至少19种是人类肺炎的病原。其中最常见病原体为嗜肺军团菌(占病例的85%~90%),其次是L.micdadei(占5%~10%),再次是L.bozemanii和L.dumoffii.此类细菌形态相似，具有共同的生化特征，引起类似疾病。军团菌病是由军团菌属细菌引起的临床综合征。1976年美国费城召开退伍军人大会时暴发流行而得名。病原菌主要来自土壤和污水，由空气传播，自呼吸道侵入。临床表现类似肺炎。
