目的探讨先天性小耳畸形的外耳再造方法。
Objective To study the methods of external ear reconstruction for congenital microtia.

研究目的：探讨导致先天性小耳畸形发生的各种危险因素，为小耳畸形的预防提供理论依据。
Objectives: To identify the risk factors associated with congenital microtia, and put forward its preventive measures.

结果对6例7只先天性小耳畸形行全耳再造，术后效果良好，术中去除纤维包膜时，应避免影响皮瓣血运。
Results 7 congenital microtia in 6 cases underwent whole auricular reconstruction with this method. All of them obtained wonderful effects without necrosis of the expanded skin.

先天性小耳畸形
先天性小耳畸形（Microtia），或称为先天性外中耳畸形，表现为重度耳廓发育不全、有外耳道闭锁或狭窄、中耳畸形，而内耳发育多为正常，通过骨传导有一定听力。需要通过全耳郭再造和听功能重建手术来治疗。
