作品登记
作品登记是指著作权权利人自愿将其享有著作权的作品向登记机构办理登记，以此作为对作品享有著作权证明的制度。作品登记的依据为《中华人民共和国著作权法》、《计算机保护条例》以及《作品自愿登记试行办法》、《计算机软件著作权登记办法》。在登记管理与实际的操作中，将一般作品与计算机软件进行了特别分类。作品登记适用《作品自愿登记试行办法》。计算机软件著作权登记适用《计算机软件著作权登记办法》。
