临时贷款
临时贷款是银行等金融机构为解决工商企业季节性、临时性原因引起的资金不足，而发放的短期贷款。季节性原因引起的资金不足即因自然季节变化规律对企业生产经营诸环节发生作用，引起物资储备的增加或销售的减少，造成资金不足；临时性原因引起的资金不足一般是发生了事先难以预料的内外部因素，导致企业资金临时不足。这些在客观上都会产生临时性资金需求，需银行等金融机构发放贷款予以补允。待季节性、临时性原因消除，超储物资逐渐消耗，商品销售增加，即可收回资金归还款。
