War of the Roses is a terrifically fun game, but with the balancing issues, at-times clunky combat mechanics, and lack of a single-player campaign, it falls short of perfection.
The film struck me as a terrifically honest portrayal of the carnage of war from the perspective of ordinary soldiers called upon, day after day, to do extraordinary things.
