abstract:The New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) is a non-profit law office that provides free civil legal services to low-income New Yorkers. Through direct representation, impact and class action litigation, consultation and community education, NYLAG serves individuals and families residing in the five boroughs of New York City who would otherwise be unable to access legal assistance.
