The weather was excellent and it was most pleasurable to sit on deck with a good drink and watch historyunfold while leisurely passing castles, churches, deep river gorges and numerous locks along the way.
"We are seeing historyunfold, events that will shape the course of a country, the fate of a people and potentially the future of the region, " he said.
