Ironically, military enlistees, who must learn to recognize a problem (like, where a bullet is coming from) and then solve it or die, may be better equipped to compete in the real world than their academicallyoriented brothers and sisters!
Where educational or training programs are designed to provide students with professional experience in the furtherance of their education, and the training is academicallyoriented for the benefit of the students, the students will not be considered employees of the institution to which they are assigned, provided the six criteria are met.
