外资
外资是一个较为模糊的经济学概念，一般在以下三种意义上使用：一是将外资理解为国外资本（Foreign Capital）、国外货币（Foreign Currency）或国外资金（Foreign Funds）；二是指外国投资，即属于国际投资的一种行为；三是指外国投资者，即从东道国的角度来看，通常将外国投资者称之为外资，这是从投资主体上来界定其含义的。商务部数据显示，2019年1至6月，中国新设外商投资企业20131家，实际使用外资4783.3亿元，同比增长7.2%。
