Once feet are placed inside the clinically-tested athletic shoes, which are easily adjustable (after a few times of wearing them), the comfortable, snugfit is appreciated.
The "one size fits all" design worked well in our ears -- it wasn't a snugfit by any means, but we didn't fear that they'd fall to the ground with the slightest movement.
