Conclusion FIZZ1 protein and mRNA were changed dynamically in the process of sillicosis, especially in the early stage when the FIZZ1 expressed strongly higher. Thalidomide can decrease the collagen level and the abnormal expression of FIZZ1 in the silicosis tissue, and inhibit the process of experimental silicosis.
结论FIZZl蛋白、mRNA在实验性大鼠矽肺发病过程中呈现明显的动态变化,矽肺早期尤其是肺泡炎阶段FIZZl一过性异常表达旺盛;沙利度胺能在一定程度上降低矽肺大鼠肺组织中胶原蛋白含量和FIZZl的异常表达,对实验性矽肺具有一定的阻抑作用。
