To conform to this change, traditional IP bearer network must be reformed to attain the multi-service bearer target, address the bandwidth, reliability, QoS, security, multi-service capability and manageability of the multi-service IP/MPLS bearer network, provide adequate bandwidth capacity, all-round MPLS, multicast, IPv6 and other functional support, realizing unified bearer of services including NGN, IPTV, 3G, VPN and Internet services.
