The car was unveiled amid an advertising blitz in 1957 in which Ford trumpeted its innovativedesign and mechanical elements, and projected sales of 200, 000 a year or more.
Dr. Dennis Leung, assistant professor at Hong Kong University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, says the innovativedesign will enable people to harness wind power and reducing greenhouse gases at an affordable price.
