Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of caterer-based thrombolysis in inferior vena cava obstruction syndrome (IVCS) with thrombosis.
目的探讨介入治疗中、下段下腔静脉阻塞综合征合并血栓形成的临床疗效。
The common complications included anesthesia accident, pneumothorax, hemorrhagic shock, air embolism or thrombosis in inferior vena cava and obstruction of biliary tract.
常见并发症有麻醉意外、气胸、失血性休克、下腔静脉空气栓塞、血栓形成或胆道梗阻等。
The results suggested (1)The membranous obstruction in inferior vena cava was the main reason of BCS in these patients.
结果提示：（1）本组患者中，下腔静脉肝后段膜性闭塞是BCS的主要原因。
