As the Russian presidential election nudges ever closer we should expect to see dirty tricks and strange PR stunts: Putin and his cronies, as well as his growing numbers of detractors and opponents, are playing a rough and tumble political game and will make every effort to, respectively, burnish and tarnish the image of the once and future president.
