Lawyers for Mr Farrakhan argued that the ban was unlawful in interfering with the leader's right to speak with his UK supporters and was in contraventionof the Human Rights Act.
News Group Newspapers pleaded guilty to one count of "reporting matters in contraventionof a reporting restriction" contrary to Section 52A of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
