Licensor guarantees that it is the legitimate owner or holder of Know-how and in the lawful position to grant the license to Licensee.

RECIPIENT does not acquire any license under intellectual property rights i. e. patents, know-how etc. of DISCLOSER pursuant to this Agreement.
